Terms for using Line & Choice

By using Line & Choice, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the service.

Provider and eligibility

Line & Choice is the service brand. The reading content and product experience are provided by Line & Choice. Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for purchases. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to make a purchase.

Nature of the service

Line & Choice is a cultural reflection and decision-support experience based on a six-line coin cast, fixed program rules and an AI-written explanation. It does not verify future facts, reveal hidden information or guarantee any outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

Professional and safety limits

The service is not crisis support and does not provide medical, legal, investment, debt, gambling or other regulated professional advice. Do not use a reading to delay emergency help, treatment, legal deadlines or factual financial review.

Purchases and delivery

Detailed readings are sold as one-time digital services at the price shown before checkout. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for purchases: it collects payment and applicable indirect taxes and issues the receipt. The product and reading content are provided by Line & Choice. Access is delivered to the current anonymous visitor. A signed first-party Cookie preserves that anonymous identity for up to 365 days. For seven days after checkout, the service retains only an encrypted recovery copy of the reading token so a provider-verified paid reading can be restored if browser data is lost; it does not retain the reading in plaintext or your payment email for this purpose.

Fair use

You may not probe, automate, overload, circumvent safety or access controls, interfere with the service, submit unlawful material or use the product to harm another person. We may limit or suspend access needed to protect users, the service or legal compliance.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but internet, model and hosting failures can occur. Features may change or be discontinued. A failed AI explanation does not alter the locked cast; the product may offer a retry of the explanation.

Intellectual property

The product interface, software, original explanations and brand materials are owned by or licensed to Line & Choice. You may use a purchased reading for personal purposes, but may not reproduce or sell the service, source code or content collection as a competing product.

Liability and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise that a reading is accurate or suitable for a particular decision. Line & Choice is not responsible for choices made in reliance on a reading or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact and changes to these terms

Questions may be sent to support@lineandchoice.com. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply to later use.
