Line & Choice starts with one question and six casts of three coins. The free result shows the formed hexagram, the fixed directional signal, and a first step before any payment is offered.

Short answer

You can complete the question and cast for free. Payment is optional and unlocks the classical passage, fixed translation, rule path, context questions, and a fuller practical explanation.

What happens before the result

Choose the field. Select concern, career, business, or relationship so the reading uses the supported rule for that type of question.
Confirm one question. Keep one subject, one main issue, and a timeframe that makes the question concrete.
Cast six lines. Toss three physical coins six times or use the digital option. The first cast forms the bottom line.
Read the fixed signal. The deterministic result is locked before AI writes any personal explanation.

What the free result includes

The free result identifies the hexagram, shows all six lines, gives a bounded directional tendency, and summarizes a first practical point. If the supported rule does not produce a clear direction, the page says so and does not sell a detailed reading for that cast.

The result is not a guarantee. It does not establish what another person secretly thinks or what will happen in the future. The choice stays with you.

What payment adds

A one-time purchase unlocks the source passage, a fixed English translation, the rule path behind the direction, up to two context questions, and a more detailed explanation. The current prices are listed on the pricing page. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Prepare a question that the cast can hold

The direction exists before the explanation

The free direction is produced by a fixed rule drawn from Zengshan Buyi. AI does not choose the hexagram or decide whether the result is favorable, cautionary, or unclear.
